Swansfield Hawthorn Stevens Forest Jackson Pond Welcome to the Pollinator Garden blog! I am Sara Smith, a CA trained Weed Warrior and Maryland Naturalist. The pollinator gardens located on Columbia Association (CA) Open Space at: Swansfield, Hawthorn, Stevens Forest, and Jackson Pond Parks were installed by The Community Ecology Institute with financial and material support from CA and Chesapeake Bay Trust. Each garden holds its own delights and challenges. The purpose of this blog is to share news, photos, and engagement opportunities with the wider community.
